In the book of Titus there is proof that Jesus Christ is the one Lord God Almighty (Isaiah 9:6, Rev. 1:8)

Titus 1:16

They profess that they know God. There are a number of Christian leaders who will say that they know the Lord and they have been walking with the Lord for so many years and nobody can tell him/her about what they should study concerning the mystery of Christ. Listen, we have said this previously. One of the things that you must remember about the mystery of Christ is that God himself through the operation of his Holy Spirit will have to reveal himself to you. You will have to be convicted in your heart.

There is no way that you can understand the knowledge and mystery of Christ on your own. I will not try to convince you that you are in error because you can’t hear me. Only God can show you what you need to know concerning the mystery of Christ. Unbelievers will never see the mystery nor will they understand the revelation of Jesus Christ.

I can tell you about Christ, I can show you the Word and you still won’t see it. Why? Because of unbelief and false traditional training. You have eyes but you can’t see, you have ears but you can’t hear. You will have a heart that will became hard and impenetrable because you will refuse to receive the Word of God as it is written.

They profess that they know God but they won’t repent, get baptized in Jesus name, neither will they seek to be filled with the Spirit of God. These same people who profess to know Christ will become abominable because of their disobedience. Everything they do for the Lord will not mean anything because they would have closed off their heart and mind to the knowledge and mystery of Christ. Thus, becoming reprobate in their thinking.

One thing about being reprobate is that you can refuse to know more about the mystery of Christ, you can refuse to repent and get baptized in Jesus name and not realize that you are in a state of being reprobate. We, as Christians, could have been working for many years in the gospel and still not make it in because of unbelief and disobedience. We have not performed the things that God has required of us - that’s scary (Acts 2:38, II Thessalonians 1:7-8). The Word says, how can you say you love me when you don’t do the things that I say? I’ve heard people say that one doesn’t get to heaven by their works. I believe this to be true. However, “Faith without works is dead.” Let’s look at how “faith and works,” work together with salvation.

First, one must, “believe” and have “faith” in Gods’ Word. Second, repentance, is “works” with Gods’ help. Third, get baptized in Jesus name for remission of sins, which is “works” with Gods’ help. Fourth, one must have “faith” that God will fulfill his promise and fill him/her with his Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38). The Word says, show me your faith without works and I will show you my faith with works.

This little analogy doesn’t prove that we are saved by works, it just shows how faith and works can work together. There is nothing that you can do on your own to be saved by works alone. Regardless of all of your good works, and all of your studying, and all of your teaching, and preaching, you never believed God’s Word, neither did you know the mystery of the gospel of Christ. Christ never knew you because you never knew him. Why? Because of your disobedience to his Word (Acts 2:38). You didn’t do the things that God told you to do (II Thessalonians 1:8, I Peter 4:17). You chose to create your own form of salvation and go after other gods/persons which includes your own man made doctrine. The Trinitarian doctrine is used by Satan to blind the hearts and minds of the unbelievers (I Corinthians 1:19-21, II Timothy 4:3, 4, II Peter 1:16). We will have to learn that Jesus Christ is our great God and our Saviour.

Note: Learn more about the “Trinity” in any encyclopedia at the Public Library. It is a doctrine of traditions and philosophy of old age Catholic men. (Mark 7:8, Colossians 2:8-10).

Titus 2:10, 13

Jesus is The Great God and our Saviour. Throughout the pages of this book, I have endeavored to express to you that there is only one Great God and Saviour and his name is Jesus Christ. This scripture is full proof of the full Deity of Jesus Christ and the oneness of God. In these verses you can get another clear view of the mystery and knowledge of Christ. Do you remember me telling you that once you have the revelation of Christ, you will see that all scriptures are synergistic? In addition to the scriptures being synergistic, they have a continuity that is unparalleled in the history of the written word.

Look at verse 10. The doctrine that we should be concerned with in terms of salvation are; The doctrine of the apostles, the doctrine of Christ, the doctrine of baptisms, and the doctrine of God. These doctrine are used interchangeably throughout the scriptures.

This verse shows us that the doctrine of God is our Saviour in all things. Guess What? There is only One God, one doctrine, and there is only One Saviour. Therefore, our God and Saviour is Jesus Christ.

Now let’s go to verse 13. Just in case you didn’t understand verse 10, God says the same thing again in a different manner. However, in this verse he will tell you his name. Let me say it again, there is only one God and his name is Jesus Christ.

“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. God has spoken. God’s name is Jesus Christ. He is our one Lord, our great God, and our Saviour, creator of heaven and earth. Jesus Christ is the creator of all things whether they are visible or invisible (Colossians 1:14-20). Paul continues to express the Deity of Christ in Philemon.
